Terms of Use

Effective and last updated: July 15, 2026

Agreement

These terms apply when you access or use firedcoaches.org and its account, article, media, recorded Spaces, and sponsor-inquiry features. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Independent editorial publication

Fired Coaches of Georgia is an unofficial, independent publication in the T25PS Portfolio. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any school, school district, athletic association, team, coach, conference, or social platform unless a page clearly says otherwise.

The site publishes a mix of reporting, commentary, opinion, humor, rumors, and satire. Satirical or humorous material may use exaggeration and should not be treated as a verified statement of fact. Developing stories can change, and errors can occur. Send correction requests through the sponsor and contact form.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. The account service is not intended for children under 13. We may suspend or remove accounts used to harm the site, evade security, impersonate others, or violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a way that burdens it, impersonate another person, use the service unlawfully, or use forms to send spam, threats, harassment, or knowingly false commercial information.

Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise credited, the site design, original articles, graphics, branding, and other original material belong to Fired Coaches, T25PS Portfolio, or their licensors. You may link to public pages and share short excerpts with clear attribution. You may not republish full articles, remove credits, sell our content, or use our branding to imply affiliation without written permission.

Names, logos, photos, clips, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners and may be used for identification, commentary, reporting, criticism, or other lawful purposes.

Messages and submissions

Do not send confidential, private, or legally protected information through a sponsor form or ordinary email. By submitting an inquiry, correction, tip, or other message, you confirm that you have the right to send it and allow us to review it, respond, and use it for the purpose for which it was submitted. A submission does not require us to publish, accept, or act on it.

Sponsors and disclosures

Sponsorship inquiries do not create a partnership or contract. Any paid placement or sponsored content is subject to a separate written agreement and should be identified to readers when published. Editorial coverage is not guaranteed by a sponsorship inquiry.

Third-party links and media

The site may link to or display content from outside services. We do not control their availability, security, accuracy, or policies. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service’s terms.

Availability and disclaimers

The site is provided on an ā€œas availableā€ basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item will be complete, current, or error-free. Content is for general information and entertainment and is not legal, financial, medical, employment, recruiting, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fired Coaches and the T25PS Portfolio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update the site or these terms. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Contact

Questions, permissions, and correction requests can be sent through the sponsor and contact form.
